In cooperation with EOTAS, this international project of SIFE University of Groningen aims at providing economic opportunities for a group of deaf women in the Dodoma district in Tanzania. With this project we want these women to become financially independent, so that they can provide for themselves and (later) for their families. In order to do so, we are going to help them to start up and run their own business.

In the academic year 2008-2009, the works on the project just started, thus there are no results to report on yet. The project continues in 2009-2010.
